Challenge
Following a major brand acquisition, SpareBox Storage needed to refresh the visual assets for 109 self-storage facilities scattered across 9 states. They required a fast, turnkey solution to produce consistent, high-resolution exterior, interior, and aerial drone media to launch their new digital platform without disrupting local site managers.

Solution
TruLens deployed a centralized managed photography program. Our scheduling desk handled all local site communication, while our FAA-licensed drone pilots captured standardized aerial assets. By routing all media through a single post-production QA process, we delivered a cohesive, on-brand asset library for all 109 locations in less than three months.

Brava Tile
Brava Tile manufactures premium recycled roofing systems, but their sales team lacked consistent, market-specific imagery to close deals. Coordinating homeowners, contractors, and schedules across multiple states made capture slow and unreliable. TruLens now runs their multi-state capture system—delivering a scalable system that keeps sales teams supplied with ready-to-use, localized assets.
- Coordination across 12+ states
- 100+ locations captured in 7 months
- Homeowner scheduling and releases
- Scalable content library
- Ongoing coverage

InProduction
InProduction is the nation’s leader in building large-scale temporary venues for major events. For the Waste Management Open, they needed a Matterport tour and photography of a 247,000-square-foot stadium captured within an extremely narrow window. Construction was still active, and once the tournament began, access would be gone. TruLens coordinated and executed on site, ensuring the entire venue was documented on time—without disrupting the build or event schedule.
- Tight access window coordination
- On site execution during active construction
- Ongoing portfolio coverage
