Challenge

SpareBox Storage is a rapidly growing self-storage platform operating more than 100 facilities across nine states, offering modern, contactless rentals and streamlined storage solutions nationwide. When SpareBox rebranded and upgraded 109 acquired locations—installing new signage, fresh paint, and updated kiosks in every lobby—they needed a complete visual refresh, fast, to support marketing, leasing, and digital channels.

Solution

We were hired to capture their full portfolio and executed the entire project in under three months. By coordinating directly with each property manager, distributing pre-shoot guides, and leveraging automated reminders within our system, we seamlessly photographed all 109 properties nationwide and delivered consistent, on-brand imagery that supports their continued growth and operations.

Brava Tile

Brava Tile manufactures premium recycled roofing systems, but their sales team lacked consistent, market-specific imagery to close deals. Coordinating homeowners, contractors, and schedules across multiple states made capture slow and unreliable. InProduction

InProduction is the nation’s leader in building large-scale temporary venues for major events. For the Waste Management Open, they needed a Matterport tour and photography of a 247,000-square-foot stadium captured within an extremely narrow window. Construction was still active, and once the tournament began, access would be gone. TruLens coordinated and executed on site, ensuring the entire venue was documented on time—without disrupting the build or  event schedule.

Sparebox Storage

SpareBox Storage rapidly acquired and rebranded more than 100 locations across the United States, shifting to a kiosk driven, no front desk model. They needed consistent, rollout ready visuals across the portfolio to support the transition. Fairwood Brands

Fairwood Brands acquires and modernizes landscape companies across the United States. As they rolled out new websites and marketing systems, they needed consistent brand imagery across dozens of locations in multiple states.
