Challenge
InProduction needed a complete digital twin of the 16th hole at the WM Phoenix Open—a temporary stadium spanning 247,000 square feet—captured in an extremely narrow window. Construction was still actively underway, and once the tournament began, access would be gone. The Matterport needed to be precise enough to serve as a long-term planning reference for vendors, builders, and stakeholders long after the stadium was dismantled.

Solution
We embedded ourselves into the build schedule and scanned the stadium in parallel with construction over four consecutive days. By coordinating closely with on-site teams and adapting in real time as structures were completed, we captured the entire venue without disrupting the build. The result was a comprehensive Matterport model that now serves as a permanent reference point—supporting planning, coordination, and decision-making for years to come, even as the physical stadium no longer exists.

Brava Tile
Brava Tile manufactures premium recycled roofing systems, but their sales team lacked consistent, market-specific imagery to close deals. Coordinating homeowners, contractors, and schedules across multiple states made capture slow and unreliable. TruLens now runs their multi-state capture system—delivering a scalable system that keeps sales teams supplied with ready-to-use, localized assets.

InProduction
InProduction is the nation’s leader in building large-scale temporary venues for major events. For the Waste Management Open, they needed a Matterport tour and photography of a 247,000-square-foot stadium captured within an extremely narrow window. Construction was still active, and once the tournament began, access would be gone. TruLens coordinated and executed on site, ensuring the entire venue was documented on time—without disrupting the build or event schedule.
- Tight access window coordination
- On site execution during active construction
- Ongoing portfolio coverage
