Challenge
InProduction constructs massive temporary event structures, including a 247,000 sq ft stadium build for the WM Phoenix Open. To demonstrate their engineering scale and stadium setup to future corporate sponsors and sports leagues, they needed photo documentation and a top-tier 3D virtual twin of the entire stadium captured during the tail-end of active construction.

Solution
TruLens deployed aerial, ground, and Matterport 3D capture teams. We executed special authorization drone flights, still photography, and mapped an immersive 3D digital twins of the entire stadium in three days, giving InProduction high-value sales tools for future builds of the WM Phoenix Open's famous 16th Hole stadium.

Brava Tile
Brava Tile manufactures premium recycled roofing systems, but their sales team lacked consistent, market-specific imagery to close deals. Coordinating homeowners, contractors, and schedules across multiple states made capture slow and unreliable. TruLens now runs their multi-state capture system—delivering a scalable system that keeps sales teams supplied with ready-to-use, localized assets.
- Coordination across 12+ states
- 100+ locations captured in 7 months
- Homeowner scheduling and releases
- Scalable content library
- Ongoing coverage

InProduction
InProduction is the nation’s leader in building large-scale temporary venues for major events. For the Waste Management Open, they needed a Matterport tour and photography of a 247,000-square-foot stadium captured within an extremely narrow window. Construction was still active, and once the tournament began, access would be gone. TruLens coordinated and executed on site, ensuring the entire venue was documented on time—without disrupting the build or event schedule.
- Tight access window coordination
- On site execution during active construction
- Ongoing portfolio coverage
