Challenge
Fairwood Brands, a nationwide family of companies that specialize in luxury outdoor living spaces, needed to standardize marketing imagery across several newly acquired regional business hubs. They required consistent, on-brand photography showcasing dozens of their outdoor living spaces across multiple states to present a unified national brand presence.

Solution
TruLens developed a standardized B2B Shoot Brief and coordinated the dispatch of professional field photographers in each regional hub. We captured over forty luxury outdoor living spaces, creating a unified corporate asset library to showcase their work and feature in multiple online publications, including Architectural Digest.

Brava Tile
Brava Tile manufactures premium recycled roofing systems, but their sales team lacked consistent, market-specific imagery to close deals. Coordinating homeowners, contractors, and schedules across multiple states made capture slow and unreliable. TruLens now runs their multi-state capture system—delivering a scalable system that keeps sales teams supplied with ready-to-use, localized assets.
- Coordination across 12+ states
- 100+ locations captured in 7 months
- Homeowner scheduling and releases
- Scalable content library
- Ongoing coverage

InProduction
InProduction is the nation’s leader in building large-scale temporary venues for major events. For the Waste Management Open, they needed a Matterport tour and photography of a 247,000-square-foot stadium captured within an extremely narrow window. Construction was still active, and once the tournament began, access would be gone. TruLens coordinated and executed on site, ensuring the entire venue was documented on time—without disrupting the build or event schedule.
- Tight access window coordination
- On site execution during active construction
- Ongoing portfolio coverage
