Challenge
CONAM Management is a nationwide multifamily real estate investment and property management company with decades of experience overseeing apartment communities across the U.S. When one of their business units needed to sell a portfolio of multifamily properties within a tight, time-sensitive window, they required high-quality, consistent imagery to accurately represent each asset across listings, marketing materials, and investor presentations.

Solution
We were brought in to manage and execute the full visual rollout across two states in a two-month window. By coordinating directly with each property manager, aligning schedules across markets, and standardizing deliverables, we efficiently captured all 16 properties in the portfolio. The result was a cohesive set of photo and video assets that elevated the presentation of each community and supported a smooth, accelerated sales process.

Brava Tile
Brava Tile manufactures premium recycled roofing systems, but their sales team lacked consistent, market-specific imagery to close deals. Coordinating homeowners, contractors, and schedules across multiple states made capture slow and unreliable. TruLens now runs their multi-state capture system—delivering a scalable system that keeps sales teams supplied with ready-to-use, localized assets.
- Coordination across 12+ states
- 100+ locations captured in 7 months
- Homeowner scheduling and releases
- Scalable content library
- Ongoing coverage

InProduction
InProduction is the nation’s leader in building large-scale temporary venues for major events. For the Waste Management Open, they needed a Matterport tour and photography of a 247,000-square-foot stadium captured within an extremely narrow window. Construction was still active, and once the tournament began, access would be gone. TruLens coordinated and executed on site, ensuring the entire venue was documented on time—without disrupting the build or event schedule.
- Tight access window coordination
- On site execution during active construction
- Ongoing portfolio coverage
